Never would you have thought that by fermenting a selection of red and white grapes, and observing its temperature, you would such sublime wine.

Grape Variety

60% Tempranillo, 10% Garnacha , 10 Albillo, 5% Verdejo, 5% Sauvignon Blanc, 5% Viura & 5% Syrah.

Vineyards

From D.O. Cigales, vineyards planted between 10 and 40 years ago. From surrounding vineyards. Controlled.

Features

Mostly mechanical night harvest. Fast reception of grapes to avoid skin contact maceration. The free-run must is obtained quickly to obtain the wonderful pale color. Everything is done in inert cold atmosphere to avoid any oxidation. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at 15ºC.

NOSE

Delicately suggestive with red & white fruits’ aromas, peach and subtle floral notes.

Silky and tempting wine with a fruity & gourmand finish

FOOD PAIRING

Perfect for light meals such as salad and gazpacho, also with oriental dishes (sushi, dim sum, nems), world cuisine (couscous, mezzes, hummus). Also good with fish such as tuna, anchovies & seafood.
